They issue bans without any proper verification or investigation, accusing players of buying accounts with 5,000+ hours even though they are fully aware that we have been actively playing on the project for over a year. Rather than checking account history, activity, or actual evidence, they make false assumptions and punish honest players unfairly. This kind of behavior from the staff creates a toxic environment and shows complete disrespect toward long-time members of the community.
