/claim /unclaim /c /u -> will claim or unclaim the plot.
/invite <player name> -> will send a team invitation to the other player.
/fly -> will allow the player to use NOCLIP.
/god /g -> will allow the player to be in god mode.
/up <0 to 4> /down <0 to 4> -> will allow the player to set the building grade.
/cost -> will display the build & deployable cost of the player claimed plot.
/help /info -> will open the main menu.
/save <base name> | /guardar <base name> -> will save the current base in the plot.
/load <base name> | /cargar <base naem> -> will load the required base in the plot.
